1. Shipping Coverage

Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1-3 business days
Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
Delivery time may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or logistics delays.

We use trusted courier partners for deliveries across Nepal.
Customers within Kathmandu may opt for same-day delivery on selected items (extra charges may apply).

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an SMS or email with tracking details.
Tracking information will be available through our courier partners’ websites.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, a reattempt will be made.
Additional delivery charges may apply for reattempted deliveries.

If a package arrives damaged, customers should refuse delivery and report it to us immediately.
If any items are missing, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Orders must be picked up within 3 business days after confirmation.

Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
